In our store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of having received the package.
Returned goods should be in an unchanged condition (apart from changes that were necessary within the scope of ordinary management) which also applies to the packaging of the goods. Together with the returned product or products, the customer is obliged to return all products received free of charge.
In the case of returning shoes, the Customer is obliged to return them in the original box, in unchanged condition.
When preparing the return parcel, the box should be wrapped in foil or additionally secured so as the consignment note is not attached directly on the box.
